My Story
Welcome to Lady Fitness. My name is Kerry, I'm a qualified personal trainer. After qualifying I decided I didnt want to work in a gym. So I came up with the idea of incorporating my qualification into my everyday life fitness regime, which is walking and exercising in nature. Known as "Green Exercise".
"Green Exercise" provides superior mental and physical health benefits compared to indoor workouts. It significantly reduces stress hormones (cortisol) and anxiety while boosting mood, cardiovascular health, immunity, and Vitamin D levels. The varied terrain also enhances balance and increases workout intensity.
