Welcome to Lady Fitness! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking and attending our walking sessions. By participating in our sessions, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important information about our walking sessions

When booking and attending walking sessions with Lady Fitness, please be aware that our sessions are fitness walks designed to coach women on improving their walking fitness.

 

Participants should wear appropriate attire for a brisk-paced workout, they are NOT casual strolls. These are NOT your every day casual walks.

Participant guidelines

During the walking sessions, all participants are responsible for their health and safety, as well as the safety of others.

 

Please be aware of your surroundings and be prepared for weather changes when participating in walking fitness sessions by wearing appropriate clothing that is comfortable to wear and ideally water resistant.

 

Lady Fitness is based in Bridgwater, Somerset in the  United Kingdom, where there is alot of wet days throughout the Autumn and Winter months of the year. 

 

To participate in power walking or rucking sessions you are responsible of supplying and bringing your own hand weights and weighted vests.  Lady Fitness doesn't NOT supply these items.  So please remember them when booking onto a power or rucking walking session. 

Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session day you paid to attend. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your entitlement to a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Refunds will only be given if the weather conditions prevent me from carrying out brisk walking sessions. For eg; heavy snow, rain, wind and ice. 

 

If I'm unwell or an emergency situation was to arise for me to be unable to carry out a walking session a refund will be given. 

Health and fitness requirements

Participants should be able to walk at a brisk pace and have experience with long-distance walking. A good functional bladder and being physically active are also necessary to fully enjoy and participate in the walking sessions.

 

Please ensure you meet these requirements before getting in touch.  You need to have the right clothing attire (waterproof coat gym clothing and trail trainers) to remain comfortable whilst participating on a walking fitness session and to prevent accidents and injuries from occurring.  

 

You will be asked to fill in a ParQ form and a waiver/liability realse form which will need to be completed and returned before participating on a walking fitness session.
