Walking Schedule

All sessions will start off with a warm up and cool down.

 

Apart from the 7.00am and 2.00pm sessions which will be a total of 45 mins long. All the other sessions will be roughly be a total of 60 mins long.  

 

* Fasted workouts are not suitable for everyone, especially individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., diabetes, low blood pressure). Some people may experience fatigue, nausea, or decreased performance.  If the above applies to you please don't book on for this session. 

 

 

All participants need to provide their own weighed vest and hand weights.  Please start off with light weights and slowly progress. This is to prevent injuries and sprains occurring to your muscles and joints.  Ankle and Wrist weights are NOT allowed on Lady walking fitness sessions.   If you attend with them on you will be asked to remove them.  This is for health & safety reasons.  

Walks will commence on the 30th March 2026.
